Welcome to the Troy Main Street Golf Par-TEE — where your favorite Main Street businesses become your golf course! This isn’t your grandpa’s golf tournament (although grandpa’s welcome too). You and your crew will grab your wackiest golf attire, don your best Caddyshack references, and embark on a putt-putt parade through Downtown Troy. Your mission? Navigate a whimsical mini-golf course that winds through storefronts, cafés, and local hotspots, all while soaking up the DORA vibes and maybe plotting for that elusive hole-in-one!

Teams of up to four will tee off from a downtown starting point, tackling creatively designed holes hosted by local businesses: each one a chance to laugh, sip, and discover a new favorite spot around town. With prizes on the line, costumes encouraged, and community cheer guaranteed, this event turns a stroll down Main Street into a par-tee paradeyou won’t soon forget!

Whether you’re there for the friendly competition, the photo ops, the networking or the delicious DORA drinks, Golf Par-TEE is where community spirit meets playful putt-putt perfection!

The Tour de Donut is a unique bicycle event, where your ability to eat donuts is just as important as your ability to ride your bicycle fast. The event is a mass start timed bicycle "ride" where riders visit donut stops. For each donut the rider eats during the ride (and keeps down) they have 5 minutes deducted from their ride time. The ride is just like any other bike tour, except we have donuts. 1000 dozen. Donut stops are also stocked with bananas, local in season apples, other local fruit, yogurt, water, electrolyte drink and milk.

Before the miles. Before the sweat. Before the very questionable life choice of riding a bike for donuts… there’s Donut Jam. 🍩🎸

This is the pre-game to Tour de Donut- aka the part where everyone is still clean, fully caffeinated, and making excellent decisions. Think live music that gets you hyped, activities to keep the vibes high, and rider check-in so you can officially say, “Yes, I am doing this.”

Donut Jam is where cyclists, spectators, and donut-enthusiasts unite to stretch, dance, laugh, and mentally prepare for carbs on carbs on carbs. Whether you’re riding, cheering, or just here for the energy (and the donuts), this is the warm-up you don’t want to skip.

Break out the lawn chairs, gather your friends, and get ready for a night of timeless rock classics as Fleetwood 2 The Max takes the stage at Prouty Plaza on Friday, June 26, at 7:00 p.m. as part of the 2026 Fridays on Prouty Concert Series presented by Troy Main Street & the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center.

Fleetwood 2 The Max is one of the Midwest's premier Fleetwood Mac tribute acts, recreating the iconic sound, harmonies, and stage presence of the legendary band's most celebrated era. The group focuses on the Fleetwood Mac catalog from 1975 through 1987, bringing fan favorites like "Dreams," "Go Your Own Way," "Rhiannon," "The Chain," "Landslide," and more to life for audiences of all ages. The band also incorporates selections from Stevie Nicks' solo career, delivering a concert experience that captures the spirit and energy of one of rock music's most beloved bands.

"Fleetwood Mac's music has a way of connecting generations," said Amy Breinich, Executive Director of Troy Main Street. "Whether you grew up listening to these songs on vinyl, cassette, CD, or you've discovered them through a playlist, they're the soundtrack to so many memories. We can't think of a better way to spend a summer evening in Downtown Troy."
The free concert will take place at Prouty Plaza in the heart of Downtown Troy. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, enjoy dinner at one of downtown's restaurants, shop local businesses, and take advantage of Troy's Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) before the music begins.

Fridays on Prouty has become one of Downtown Troy's favorite summer traditions, bringing residents and visitors together for live music, community connection, and unforgettable evenings under the stars. Admission is free thanks to the support of the Troy Foundation, the City of Troy, and community partners who help make the series possible.

Close out the season with a full horn-section sound. Brass Tracks Band is an eight-piece tribute group celebrating Chicago and other horn-driven hits from the ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, and beyond.

Dayton musician Deron Bell brings smooth jazz, R&B, Motown, gospel, blues, and funk influences to the stage. His music is deeply connected to Dayton’s rich funk legacy and makes for a soulful, feel-good summer concert.

Moment’s Notice brings a polished, crowd-friendly mix of funk, Motown, pop, rock, country, jazz, blues, yacht rock, dance music, and more. The group’s members bring a combined 100 years of experience in U.S. Air Force bands.

Heather Redman & The Reputationwith opener Paid Leave

This special extended evening starts early with opener Paid Leave before Heather Redman & The Reputation take the stage. Expect a bold, high-energy night of rock, soul, and serious stage presence.

Miami County will host a Community Reading of the Declaration of Independence on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, on the south side of the Miami County Courthouse. The event will begin at 5:00 p.m. with food trucks and live music, followed by a program featuring community and state leaders,patriotic music, and ceremonial presentations.

“We are proud to host and support events that encourage civic engagement and help connect residents with our nation’s history,” stated Commissioner Greg Simmons.

The evening’s highlight will be the public reading of the Declaration of Independence at 6:00 p.m., as it was read in 1776, led by members of the Daughters and Sons of the American Revolution in period-accurate costumes.

“This event provides an opportunity for our community to come together and reflect on the founding principles of our country in a meaningful way,” stated Commissioner Ted Mercer.

Additional activities will include a symbolic courthouse bell ringing called “The Thirteen Strikes,” a musket demonstration, and opportunities for attendees to participate in a Miami County history display ribbon cutting and courthouse tours following the program. Live music on the courthouse plaza will continue throughout the evening until approximately 8:00 p.m.

“We invite everyone to join us for this evening of community and reflection. Residents are encouraged to attend and take part in this community-wide event.

The parade starts at 9am and will travel from the front of Troy High School, around the downtown square, and then west on Main Street toward the Library.
